Welcome in the New Year and our new practice space with 108 Sun Salutations, followed by bubbles & snacks!

Moving through the same simple sequence (with options for variations) 108 times allows the movement to become its own form of meditation. Focus your mind, move your body and shake of the cobwebs of 2025.

Afterwards, there’s time to enjoy a drink and snack in the practice space, meet Eleanor and ask any questions you might have about upcoming classes at the MOVE Collective.
